1. Non-Refundable Deposits

To initiate your project, I require an upfront deposit or an initial payment. This deposit serves as a commitment fee and is non-refundable.

2. Milestone Payments

Throughout the development process,  I may set specific milestones or stages.

Payments made for milestone completions are generally non-refundable.

Once a milestone is approved by you, the payment made for that milestone becomes non-refundable.

3. Change Requests and Scope Creep

 I understand that project requirements may evolve over time.

If you request changes or additional features beyond the original scope of the project, additional fees may apply.

These fees are non-refundable once the work has been performed or the changes have been implemented.

4. Project Abandonment

In the event that you decide to cancel the project before its completion, the refund policy will be as follows:

If the cancellation occurs before any work has been initiated, you will not be eligible for a partial refund of the deposit, minus any incurred costs. This is the condition that falls to any step towards project cancellation.

5. Quality Assurance

 I  have a comprehensive quality assurance process in place to ensure that the final product meets the agreed-upon specifications.

If any issues or defects are identified during the testing phase,  I will promptly address and rectify them at no additional cost to you.

Refunds will not be provided for minor issues that can be resolved through updates or bug fixes.

Please note that this Refund Policy is subject to change and may be updated without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review and understand the refund policy before entering into a contract or engaging our services.
